Queen Silvy is a comedian, mother of two, and talk-radio host at Fishbowl Radio Network.
Her show, The Queen Silvy Show is an award-winning (Fishbowl Radio Network’s 2015 Newcomer of the Year, 2016 Female host of the Year, 2016 Co-Host of the Year), multi-dimensional entertainment program that promotes talents and topics from around the world to their global audience. Her in-depth interviews are both entertaining and informative, and feature actors, authors, comedians, community organizations, musicians, poets, politicians a, professional athletes.
Queen Silvy was born and raised in the ghetto projects of Toledo, Ohio as the sixth of eight children in a single parent home. She developed her natural sense of humor and had a desire to make a difference as a youth by always looking for ways to motivate and inspire others through laughter. Silvy continues making that positive change with her involvement in community outreach organizations including Safehaven of Tarrant County, Laughter Saves Lives Foundation, the Arlington Humane Society, Nepal Journey, and the Salvation Army to name a few.
Her comedic talents have been featured in television, commercials, and radio throughout the United States. She’s performed at several comedy clubs across the country including Laffs Comedy Club (Toledo), Improv Comedy Club (Arlington), Backdoor Comedy Club (Dallas), Theater-Theater (Hollywood), Broadway Comedy Club (New York), Sandy Station Comedy Club (Salt Lake City), and Grumpy Dave’s Comedy Club (Bowling Green).
