About the Hosts

Jay “The Executive” Bio:

Jay “The Executive” is the Creator/Originator of Executive Society Brand founded in 2011. “Executive Society Brand” has been a staple of positive and spiritual living… influencing others to be the best, the “Executive” versions of themselves, living in benefit of others.

A native of Fort Worth, TX., Hip-Hop culture is in Jay’s DNA, coming up in the 80’s and 90’s, when the culture began evolving into an international artform. “The Executive” makes Hip-Hop music as well, a mostly clean form of dropping #LargeBars, and witty rhymes.

Jay is new to being a media/radio personality, being influenced to help others because of his experience as an Addiction Counselor and working in the field of Addiction Treatment. Jay was also inspired by experience as a panel member on Fishbowl’s “The Throne” Podcast with King Charles and Red January.

Jay loves topics that are non-traditional, challenging, emotional, and thought provoking, and approaches topics fearlessly!

My motto is: “Anything you keep practicing, even if it’s messing up, you will get good at it…”

Micki “The Exec” Bio:

Micki (Mr. Montana) has been the wingman, the other half of the Executive Society Brand, since early 2024. Born in Fort Worth, Texas, June 6, 1980, Micki comes from a musical family, and has traveled the country, touring as a vocalist, and Pro-Am basketball coach. He has also done community work with a few nonprofit organizations, and has mentored many young men, women, and youth throughout the country.

Micki has spent half of his life in between Texas and California, graduating high school in Oklahoma, which has given him the cultural diversity that he loves to put on display while discussing various topics of conversation. Growing up in an area known for high gang, and drug activity, Micki has an edgy outlook on societal issues, which you can also hear in his music, as he is also a well-known Hip-Hop emcee from the city of Fort Worth.

My motto is… “Always do your stuff. Just like dat”!!
