Dr. Sherrie Johnson-Byrd, is the Sole Proprietor and Executive Director of BJ Rose Management & Consultant Group. She recently signed two local up and coming artists – Dare David and Josiah Caleb. Additionally, since 2010, Dr. Sherrie has managed the career of her daughter duo – Rosie and Arneta a/k/a “RNA the Messengers.” She has also held leadership roles in communities where she’s lived, as well as in the churches she has attended here in Dallas, as well as Austin, Round Rock, and Pflugerville, TX. Roles included, but not limited to – Educational Director (Fresh Oil Ministries-Austin, TX), Youth & Young Adult Director (Lighthouse COGIC-Dallas, TX), Women’s Department Director (Abundant Life Church-Pflugerville, TX), Conference & Community Organizer (All Nations Christian Center-Round Rock, TX), and Volunteer Campus Administrator (Richardson Adult Literacy Center-Richardson, TX). Dr. Johnson-Byrd currently serves in her local church as a volunteer for various departments, conferences, and other associated plat-forms.
Rosedna Byrd-Jackson, affectionately known as “Rosie” is an entrepreneur and owner of Little Miss Fru-fru Tutus. In addition, she is an international and national recording artist duo. Mrs. Jackson, along with her sister, Mrs. Arneta Rojas have graced the stage as opening acts for such Gospel and R&B greats as – VaShawn Mitchell, James Fortune & FYIA, Jeffery Osborne, Trey Songs, Boyz-2-Men and Grammy Award Winner – Anthony Hamilton, as well as many others. In June of 2011 they had the opportunity to be showcased on Dr. Bobby Jones’ “New Vision Production – New Artist Showcase,” which aired on The WORD Network. Rosie, is happily married, and is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Development. She currently serves as a Youth Sunday School Teacher, Assistant Youth Director, as well as on the Praise Team and Choir for her local church.
Arneta Byrd-Rojas, affectionately known to her family and close friends as “Netta,” is currently enrolled in TWU Denton. She is pursuing a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management. Mrs. Rojas, along with her sister Mrs. Rosie Jackson, are an international and national recording artist duo. They began singing in the Sunshine Band at the early ages of 3 and 4 years old. Together, at the ages of 14 and 15y/o, they penned the lyrics to their first CD single, “TDC – Texas Diva Chics!” Arneta and Rosie’s music and background vocals are being heard on various radio networks across the U.S. and other continents. Most recently, their second single “Capable” was featured on The Ester Davis Show – here at Fishbowl Radio Network. Mrs. Rojas currently serves as the Administrative Assistant to her father, Bishop Alex Byrd, as well as the Director of Artists & Repertoire (A&R) for BJ Rose Management & Consultant Group.

“Mama Rose’s Village,” is entitled and dedicated to the Loving Memory our family’s Matriarch, Evangelist Rose L. Johnson. Additionally, it is a family concept radio show, made for the entire family to enjoy. Listeners can expect a variety of topics from with guest of all ages. Some topics of discussion will be: Music & Entertainment Industry, Family Dynamics & Relationships, as well as featured Grammy and Stellar Award Nominees and Winners. You will also hear from ‘Golden Voices’ of our communities. These elders will provide nuggets of wisdoms to assist in everyday living. In additional, we will highlight our youth – showcasing their championships, challenges, successes, and struggles.
